Stephensons are an independent, family run catering equipment supplier with over 140 years experience supplying the catering and hospitality industry. Stephensons are experts in the sourcing & supply of restaurant & bar equipment, light kitchen catering equipment, janitorial products, paper & disposables.
Their premises are based on a beautiful period house to which other buildings of various kinds have been added over the years as the company became bigger and more successful. It’s an Aladdin’s Cave of delight for any retailer, but not the easiest place to navigate.
We were asked to design a range of way-finding, information and promotional signage to help customers find their way around, and, more importantly, to find the products and bargains on offer.
Part of the solution we offered was this series of permanent hanging signs designed to take two kinds of replaceable slide-in graphics.
The upper window makes bold simple wayfinding announcements while the lower window shows an almost unlimited range of information; such as helpful hints, time sensitive information and seasonal offers.
